SMM Specialist

We are a fast-growing company building and scaling digital products for international markets. As our audience grows, we are looking for a SMM Specialist to support daily social media operations, content publishing, and community engagement.

This role is focused on execution. You will help create, schedule, and optimize content across social media channels while working closely with the marketing, design, and content teams.

Responsibilities:

• Publish and schedule content across social media platforms
• Assist with content planning and monthly content calendars
• Write captions and adapt content for different channels
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions
• Track content performance and prepare regular reports
• Research trends, competitors, and content ideas
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce social media content
• Support social media campaigns and product launches
• Use AI tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency

Skills Required:
 

• at least 6 months of experience in SMM
• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, or other relevant platforms
• Basic understanding of social media marketing principles
• Strong written communication skills
• Understanding of content formats and audience engagement
• Basic knowledge of analytics and social media metrics
• Ability to organize tasks and manage deadlines
• Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Understanding of brand communication and online community management
