Recruiter (Igaming)

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, while helping us continue scaling our team of 300+ people.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Full-cycle recruitment management: from vacancy briefing to offer acceptance;
• Search and hire specialists across different departments and seniority levels (Junior to Lead);
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels;
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates using different evaluation techniques;
• Provide timely feedback and maintain a positive candidate experience;
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process;
• Analyze sourcing channels and recruitment performance;
• Maintain ATS data and recruitment reports;
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and help attract top talent.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency);
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other modern recruiting channels;
• Understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and current market trends;
• Experience working with ATS systems and Excel (or Google Sheets);
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills;
• English and Ukrainian proficiency (written and spoken);
• Experience in iGaming will be a strong advantage.
