We are looking for a Sales/Business Development Manager for an international FinTech company that provides an all-in-one payment ecosystem for businesses worldwide. The company provides premium and convenient payment services worldwide.

Target industries โ€“ High-Risk (iGaming, Gambling, Forex, Crypto), Digital Services, SaaS, E-commerce, Marketplaces, Gaming

The Team โ€“ International Sales team (Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, Account Managers, Team Leads)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or similar role in B2B industries  (High-Risk (iGaming, Gambling, Forex, Crypto), Digital Services, Banking, SaaS, E-commerce, Marketplaces, Gaming)
  • Experience in FinTech, Payments, PSP, or other regulated B2B industries;
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiations, closing deals, and long-term relationship management;
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market B2B clients;
  • Experience with outbound sales and independent lead generation through LinkedIn, networking, industry communities, conferences, and other channels;
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining a structured sales pipeline;
  • Understanding of payment solutions such as Card Payments, Acquiring, Open Banking, IBAN, PSP, Merchant Solutions, Payment Processing, and similar fintech products. 
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills;
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, result-oriented approach;
  • English level โ€“ B2+

Will be a plus

  • Experience working with high-risk industries (iGaming, Gambling, Forex, Crypto);
  • Understanding of KYB, KYC, AML, Compliance processes;
  • Experience expanding into new markets or launching new business directions;
  • Experience representing a company at international conferences and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new strategic partnerships and business opportunities across international markets;
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiations, contract signing, and long-term partnership management;
  • Develop relationships with enterprise merchants, financial institutions, payment providers, and strategic partners;
  • Research new industries, markets, and business opportunities to support international expansion;
  • Build and manage your own outbound pipeline using LinkedIn, networking, industry communities, conferences, and other channels;
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal execution;
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and client communication history;
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and networking events;
  • Monitor payment industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities
