We are currently hiring on behalf of our partner โ€” an established international iGaming company experiencing significant growth across Tier-1 and regulated markets.

Our partner is expanding its affiliate marketing function and is looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead and scale the affiliate program, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable acquisition growth through performance-based marketing.

In this role, you will own the affiliate strategy end-to-end, develop and mentor a high-performing team, strengthen relationships with key affiliates and media partners, and work closely with Commercial, CRM, Product, BI, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams to maximize partner performance, optimize ROI, and support international expansion.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, scaling affiliate operations, and making a direct impact on business growth within a fast-growing international iGaming company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy across Tier-1 markets.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, traffic sources, and partnership models.
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic affiliates, media partners, and networks.
  • Drive customer acquisition while maintaining profitability and traffic quality.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging acquisition channels.


Partner Management

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and commission structures with affiliate partners.
  • Manage and grow relationships with top-performing affiliates.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve escalations and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.


Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and develop the Affiliate team.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Define team KPIs, objectives, and performance standards.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development within the department.


Analytics & Performance Optimization

FTDs
CPA
Revenue Share
ROI
NGR
Conversion Rate

Traffic Quality
โ€ข Analyze campaign performance and partner profitability.
โ€ข Collaborate with BI teams to build dashboards and reporting.
โ€ข Optimize commission models and acquisition strategies based on performance data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with CRM to improve player retention and lifetime value.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to optimize landing pages, funnels, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence across all markets.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding affiliate payments, reconciliations, and forecasting.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming.
  • 2+ years of experience managing affiliate teams.
  • Proven experience working with Tier-1 and regulated markets.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other commercial partnership models.
  • Experience managing large affiliate portfolios and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.



Nice to Have

  • Experience launching affiliate programs from scratch.
  • Existing network of affiliate contacts within Tier-1 markets.
  • Experience working with sportsbook and casino products.
  • Knowledge of responsible gambling and compliance requirements in regulated jurisdictions.
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
