AI Transformation Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Lead to drive the adoption of Generative AI across our global organization. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on helping business and technology teams integrate AI into their daily workflows, improve productivity, and establish AI best practices.

This is not a Machine Learning or AI Engineering role. Instead, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can create business value, introducing modern AI tools and workflows, enabling teams through training and best practices, and embedding AI into everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company-wide AI adoption initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI-powered solutions.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern AI tools and workflows.
• Develop AI best practices, prompting standards, governance, and usage guidelines.
• Deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs.
• Partner with Functional Architects, Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Project Managers, and Customer Support teams to maximize AI adoption.
• Continuously monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

• Measure AI adoption, business impact, and continuously optimize AI-enabled processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading AI adoption, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their practical business applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows across multiple business functions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in technology-driven environments.

   

Nice to Have:

• Background in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Engineering Management, Technical Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI initiatives.
• Experience developing AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Google Workspace, or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.
