Our AI-powered technology helps patients recover faster while enabling healthcare providers to monitor rehabilitation through real-time data.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to build and lead our global marketing function, strengthen our brand presence, accelerate commercial growth, and position ComeBack Mobility as a leader in digital rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build ComeBack Mobility's positioning as a leader in digital rehabilitation and remote patient monitoring.
- Drive market expansion across North America, Europe, and other strategic regions.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Product, Sales, Clinical, and Partnerships teams.
Own annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Brand & Market Positioning
- Establish ComeBack Mobility as an innovative leader in rehabilitation technology.
- Create clear messaging for healthcare providers, rehabilitation clinics, hospitals, insurers, distributors, and patients.
- Develop compelling product positioning highlighting clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and AI-driven insights.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Build scalable lead generation programs targeting healthcare organizations and strategic partners.
- Develop multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, conferences, paid media, and partnerships.
- Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to qualified opportunities.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) for enterprise healthcare customers.
Support commercial growth through measurable pipeline generation.
Thought Leadership
- Position ComeBack Mobility as a thought leader in digital rehabilitation, remote patient monitoring, and AI-powered healthcare.
- Develop educational content including white papers, clinical case studies, webinars, videos, and research publications.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and rehabilitation experts.
Support conference participation and speaking opportunities worldwide.
Product Marketing
- Lead product launch strategies for new hardware and software solutions.
- Create sales enablement materials, customer presentations, product collateral, and competitive positioning.
Translate complex technology into compelling customer value propositions.
Marketing Analytics & Operations
- Establish marketing KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Optimize customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Manage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Required Qualifications
Marketing Leadership
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
- 2+ years leading marketing teams at a senior level (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or CMO).
- Proven experience scaling startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Proven success in demand generation and lead generation.
- Experience with content marketing, product marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.

- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to simplify complex healthcare technology for multiple audiences.
