Affiliate Manager (Crypto Casino)

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our growing iGaming team and help scale our affiliate program for a new Crypto Casino project.

Responsibilities

• Search for and onboard new SEO affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with SEO webmasters and affiliate teams.
• Negotiate and manage RevShare (RS) partnership agreements.
• Monitor traffic quality, player value, and long-term partner performance.
• Analyze FTDs, NGR, LTV, retention, and overall affiliate profitability.
• Scale existing SEO partnerships and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with CRM, Product, and BI teams to maximize affiliate performance.

• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify high-potential SEO partners.

   

Requirements

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in Crypto Casino.
• Mandatory experience working specifically with SEO traffic.
• Strong understanding of RevShare (RS) business model.
• Existing network of SEO affiliates and webmasters.
• Experience negotiating and managing long-term RS partnerships.
• Understanding of SEO affiliate economics, player quality, and lifetime value.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
