Swissmeda is looking for a talented and motivated QA engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Working together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems
- Checking that new features do not contain bugs and are developed according to requirements
- Documenting and reporting discovered bugs to all relevant teams for correction (following up with the appropriate channels when bugs are found - Jira, Scrum meetings, team chats)
- Developing a workflow for product testing, documenting new and existing processes
- Creation test specifications and plans, RTMs, test reports
- Communicating with other departments such as product management and development team to coordinate scheduling for QA testing
- Participate in the communication with users who report issues with the software (clarify steps to reproduce the issue, actual and expected workflows)
- Training and mentoring technicians and other members of the quality assurance team
Participating in autotests creation

Requirements:
- Understanding of SDLC
- Knowledge of test design techniques \
- Understanding of testing types (Functional and Non-functional)
- Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists etc.)
- Understanding of Agile methodology
