๐ฅ Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Manager & Case Manager to become the main point of contact for our clients.
In this role, you will manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and ensure an excellent customer experience while supporting long-term client retention and business growth.

Schedule aligned with Ireland (GMT), with some flexibility
๐ฅ Requirements
โ 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role.
โ Strong written and spoken English.
โ Experience working with CRM systems (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
โ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
โ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
โ Attention to detail and proactive approach.
โ Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
๐ซ Key Responsibilities
โ Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their main point of contact.
โ Build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
โ Coordinate company formation, accounting, tax, and compliance services.
โ Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely service delivery.
โ Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
โ Maintain accurate client information and communication in CRM.
โ Prepare quotations, proposals, and client documentation.
โ Resolve client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

โ Experience in corporate services, legal, accounting, tax, or compliance.
โ Experience working with international B2B clients.
โ Commercial mindset with experience in upselling or account growth.
โ Additional languages (Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, Chinese, etc.).
