Junior People Operations Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior People Operations Specialist to support and continuously improve our HR processes, systems, and employee lifecycle operations.
In this role, you'll help build scalable processes, maintain HR tools, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth people operations across the company. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, managers, and employees to improve processes, automate routine tasks, and create an outstanding employee experience.
No prior experience in People Operations is required. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in HR Operations.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations, Operations Coordination, Project Coordination, Account Management, or similar process-driven roles is a strong plus.
- Strong ability to organize information and work with multiple processes simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Ability to create clear documentation, instructions, and structured processes.
- Experience with HR systems, CRM, task management tools, or other operational platforms is a plus.
- Interest in automation, AI tools, and improving manual processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support different stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changes.
- Excellent English level (C1/C2).
Responsibilities
HR System Administration (PeopleForce)
- Configure and maintain workflows, automation, and system processes.
- Support and update the organizational structure.
- Test new PeopleForce features and implement improvements.
- Ensure HR data accuracy and process consistency.
HR Process Management
- Document, update, and optimize HR processes.
- Create guidelines, instructions, templates, and checklists.
- Maintain and structure the HR knowledge base in Confluence.
- Monitor process compliance and support managers in following HR standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Prepare and coordinate employee-related documentation.
- Support onboarding, probation, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
- Manage annual leave, sick leave, and public holiday administration.
- Prepare internal communication materials, including welcome articles for new team members.
Employee Support
- Support employees with HR-related questions and processes.
- Help employees and managers use PeopleForce effectively.
- Provide guidance regarding HR policies, contracts, and internal procedures.
Training & Development Support
- Support the design and implementation of corporate learning programs.
- Coordinate communication with internal and external trainers.
- Support LMS platform selection, implementation, and administration.
- Collect training needs from teams and managers.
- Track learning data and support training effectiveness analysis.
Nice to Have
- Experience with PeopleForce or other HRM systems.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Notion, or similar tools.
- Previous experience in startups, IT, fintech, or fast-changing environments.
