Influencer / Streamer Lead Offline

ABOUT THE COMPANY 

We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of 1,500+ specialists. Our portfolio includes 11+ successful products operating across Tier 1–3 markets. We actively scale new products and markets, building strong affiliate ecosystems and long-term partnerships. Currently, we are looking for a Streamer & Influencer Lead to own and drive influencer acquisition for one of our fast-growing crypto casino products.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on streamers, KOLs, and influencer-driven acquisition. You'll be responsible for building and scaling our streamer pipeline from the ground up — from identifying and vetting talent to negotiating deals and optimizing performance. You're expected to operate independently, move fast, and drive measurable results. 

What you'll do: 

● Own the streamer and influencer acquisition strategy end-to-end ● Identify, vet, and onboard streamers and KOLs across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, X, Telegram and other platforms 

● Negotiate commercial deals and manage ongoing relationships with streamers and influencer partners 

● Monitor streamer performance daily, evaluate traffic quality, and make quick decisions on scaling or offboarding 

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and prospective streamers 

● Test new influencer channels and communities, identify growth opportunities 

● Work closely with CRM, Product, and Design teams to create streamer-specific promotions and creatives 

● Track key metrics: FTD, CPA, re-deposit rate, LTV and payback period per streamer 

What we're looking for: 

● Proven hands-on experience working directly with streamers and KOLs in crypto iGaming or online casino 

● Deep understanding of the streamer ecosystem — Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Telegram communities, X 

● Ability to evaluate streamer audience quality and detect fake engagement or bots 

● Experience negotiating CPA, hybrid, and flat fee deals with streamers 

● Strong understanding of performance metrics: FTD, CPA, re-deposit rate, LTV, payback period 

● Existing network of crypto gambling streamers and influencers is a strong advantage 

● Hands-on mindset — you don't just manage, you execute ● Fluent spoken and written English (required) 

● Based in Europe or Ukraine
