π About the Role
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help us scale creator partnerships across the U.S. market.
This is a performance-focused role, where influencers primarily create UGC content that will later be used in paid advertising across Meta and other acquisition channels.
You'll work closely with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers and CMO to identify high-performing creators, build long-term relationships, and continuously improve our creator pipeline.
This role also offers a clear growth path into a Lead position as the department expands.
π§© Key Responsibilities
π€ Influencer Management
-Search, select, and negotiate with influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators
-Manage incoming collaboration requests and ensure smooth communication
π₯ UGC Campaigns
-Find creators capable of producing high-converting UGC content
-Build and maintain a scalable creator database
π Performance
-Analyze creator performance and campaign results
-Identify top-performing creators for long-term partnerships
-Research competitors and creator trends
π Campaign Strategy & Execution
-Plan and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end
-Identify trends and opportunities to boost brand visibility and engagement
-Coordinate product shipments and ensure timely delivery π¦

Qualifications
π Experience
-2+ years in influencer marketing (experience with Tier 1 influencers is a strong plus β)
-Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing partnerships
-Experience working with UGC creators is highly preferred

-English level B1+
-Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, Discord, etc.)
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills
-Analytical mindset with the ability to process data, extract insights, and adjust strategies π
-Creative thinking and strong attention to detail π¨
π Tools
-Experience with Upfluence, Insense, Aspire, or similar platforms is a plus
