About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Architect / AI Integration Specialist with practical experience in implementing AI solutions and automating business processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze internal workflows, identify automation opportunities, design AI solution architectures, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business value.

We are looking for someone who has already built AI agents, RAG/QA systems, business automations, and integrations with corporate tools rather than someone with only theoretical AI knowledge.

Candidates from different industries are welcome, provided they have strong practical experience in AI automation, operations automation, product operations, AI integration, or no-code/low-code workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Interview team members and analyze existing business processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using AI.
• Design AI solution architectures for various business use cases.
• Select the most appropriate technologies, including AI agents, RAG, QA systems, no-code/low-code platforms, and API integrations.
• Build, test, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRMs, documentation platforms, spreadsheets, chat systems, task management tools, and other internal systems.
• Prepare clear documentation and user guides.
• Measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously improve them.
• Train and support team members in using newly implemented AI tools.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of practical experience in AI Automation, AI Integration, Product Operations, Operations Automation, or business process automation.
• Experience building AI agents, RAG/QA systems, and workflow automations.
• Strong understanding of the differences between AI agents, chatbots, RAG systems, and traditional automation.
• Experience working with APIs, modern AI platforms, and no-code/low-code automation tools.
• Ability to independently design, prototype, and implement working solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to document solutions clearly and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing AI solutions in operational business environments.
• Experience integrating AI with CRMs, internal knowledge bases, and enterprise systems.
• Experience working with modern AI frameworks and orchestration platforms.

Compensation

• Salary is negotiated individually based on experience.

Probation Period

The probation period lasts 1–2 months. During this time, performance will be evaluated based on the successful implementation of initial AI solutions, quality of execution, and overall contribution to business process improvements.
