We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1โ€“3 years of experience to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles at one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies.

You will be one of the first recruiting hires and will work directly with the Head of Talent, founders, and hiring managers to help build the team powering frontier AI data infrastructure.

This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and knows how to communicate with engineers. The ideal candidate has experience in a recruiting agency or a high-growth startup and is excited to build recruiting processes from scratch.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles end-to-end: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
  • Build high-quality outbound sourcing pipelines for top engineering talent across AI, infrastructure, and full-stack roles.
  • Partner directly with founders and hiring managers on role requirements, interview loops, and hiring strategy.
  • Create, test, and improve recruiting sequences, workflows, and candidate experience from scratch.
  • Track and improve recruiting funnel metrics, including response rates, pass-through rates, and time to hire.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy and direct impact on company growth.

What we are looking for

Must-have:

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, or a similar role.
  • Experience at a recruiting agency or a high-growth startup.
  • Experience hiring or sourcing engineering and technical talent.
  • Strong understanding of technical profiles such as software engineers, infrastructure engineers, full-stack engineers, or AI/data-related roles.
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, founders, and hiring managers.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI, data, infrastructure, B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools companies.
  • Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and email sequencing tools.
  • Experience improving recruiting funnel metrics such as response rates, pass-through rates, and time to hire.
  • Experience as one of the first recruiting hires in a startup.
