The Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Product Designer who can take ownership of complex customer problems and turn them into simple, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.

This role spans the entire product design process, from discovery and research to interaction design, visual design, systems thinking, and delivery. You'll work across multiple product areas and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.

You won't be limited to producing screens. You'll participate in customer research, analyze behavioral data, contribute to product strategy, facilitate design discussions, and stay involved through implementation and launch.

 

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product experiences, from discovery and strategy to delivery and iteration.
  • Lead the design of complex customer journeys across lending, payments, cards, and financial services.
  • Turn ambiguous problems into clear, simple, and scalable product solutions.
  • Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are ready for development.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders to shape product decisions.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, and research to validate ideas and improve experiences.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system and shared design patterns.
  • Ensure design quality through implementation, launch, and post-release improvements.
  • Balance business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints to make sound product decisions.
  • Help raise the overall quality of design through collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.

     

What were looking for

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products in consumer, e-commerce, mobile, or financial products.
  • Proven experience owning end-to-end product experiences from problem definition to launch.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, visual design, and product impact.
  • Experience designing native mobile applications and mobile-first experiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive work forward.
  • Excellent Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Experience designing complex workflows or transactional experiences.
  • Understanding of user research, usability testing, and data-informed decision making.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, exploration, content creation, prototyping, or design workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Bias toward action, strong ownership mentality, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

     

Nice to have

  • Experience working in fintech, lending, payments, banking, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience working in fast-growing startups or high-velocity product teams.
  • Experience shipping products for emerging markets or large consumer-facing mobile applications.
  • Experience contributing to design systems across multiple products or teams.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, distributed, or international teams.
  • Motion and interaction design skills that help create polished and engaging product experiences.
