Role Description Acquire new business clients and support merchants/platforms that want to accept, send, or exchange crypto and fiat through Inqud. Grow the client base, promote Inqud's products, and provide full client support from first contact to a live, paying integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively attract new clients (LinkedIn, email campaigns, conferences, affiliate/partner networks)
  • Run consultations and product demos; present crypto acquiring, recurring payments, on/off-ramp, instant exchange, API
  • Manage the full sales cycle โ€” from first contact and qualification to contract and first successful transaction
  • Qualify leads by industry, volume, and geography; route non-fitting leads into the right flow instead of losing them
  • Coordinate KYB and onboarding with compliance and product teams
  • Prepare customized offers, pricing, and presentations per segment
  • Build long-term partnerships with merchants, PSPs, platforms; spot upsell opportunities
  • Manage leads and pipeline in the CRM (Attio), keeping records accurate
  • Monitor market, competitors, and crypto/fintech/payments trends
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth

Requirements

  • 4+ years B2B sales (preferably fintech, payments, crypto, PSP, SaaS, or financial services)
  • Understanding of crypto payments / payment processing / on-ramp-off-ramp is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; clear presentation of complex products
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Proven deal-closing and objection-handling ability
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Strong self-organization, goal orientation, result-driven mindset
  • Experience in regulated/high-risk industries (iGaming, crypto, e-commerce) desirable
