ICON Finance is a financial services company operating since 2015. We provide OTC crypto exchange, bank transfers, and cash collection services. Office in Warsaw, B2B clients across crypto, fintech, and traditional business. Active deal flow, growing client base, real banking partners, real deadlines.

The role
Our Legal function is growing faster than one lawyer can handle. We're looking for someone to take over the operational side — KYC, due diligence, documentation, standard contracts — freeing up our Legal Counsel to focus on complex, non-standard cases. This isn't a "pass-the-paper" position: you'll see the full process from application to account opening, and gain more autonomy over time.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing KYC packages for corporate account opening
• Liaising with banks and EMI partners, tracking application status
• Conducting due diligence and screening counterparties (sanctions lists, PEP)
• Maintaining the legal archive and contract registry
• Preparing standard agreements (NDAs, service agreements) from templates

How we'll measure results
Leading indicators: application processing speed, response time to banks/partners.
Lagging indicators: KYC packages accepted on first submission (90%), applications processed within SLA (90%), due diligence completed on time (95%), registry/archive accuracy (98%).

What matters

• 2-3 years of experience in compliance/AML/KYC (banking or fintech) — banking-side compliance background is a strong plus
• Russian — fluent, English — B2 or above
• Attention to detail, self-driven, comfortable working where processes are still being built

A plus

• Experience in crypto/fintech
• Legal education
• Experience with CRM/trackers (ClickUp, PeopleForce, or similar)

Not a fit if you

• Expect a fully polished process where you only follow instructions
• Are not willing to occasionally be reachable outside standard working hours
• Have no interest in crypto/fintech regulatory specifics
• Need detailed step-by-step guidance at every stage

About the Company Inqud is a provider of customized crypto & fiat payment solutions for business — a crypto payment gateway and crypto acquiring ("Crypto Widget"), recurring crypto payments, instant fiat & crypto exchange, on-ramp / off-ramp, and API integrations. We serve fintech platforms & digital wallets, PSPs, SaaS & Web3 platforms, and e-commerce & iGaming businesses. 5+ years on the market, with 24/7 support.

Role Description Acquire new business clients and support merchants/platforms that want to accept, send, or exchange crypto and fiat through Inqud. Grow the client base, promote Inqud's products, and provide full client support from first contact to a live, paying integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively attract new clients (LinkedIn, email campaigns, conferences, affiliate/partner networks)
• Run consultations and product demos; present crypto acquiring, recurring payments, on/off-ramp, instant exchange, API
• Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact and qualification to contract and first successful transaction
• Qualify leads by industry, volume, and geography; route non-fitting leads into the right flow instead of losing them
• Coordinate KYB and onboarding with compliance and product teams
• Prepare customized offers, pricing, and presentations per segment
• Build long-term partnerships with merchants, PSPs, platforms; spot upsell opportunities
• Manage leads and pipeline in the CRM (Attio), keeping records accurate
• Monitor market, competitors, and crypto/fintech/payments trends
• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth

Requirements

• 4+ years B2B sales (preferably fintech, payments, crypto, PSP, SaaS, or financial services)
• Understanding of crypto payments / payment processing / on-ramp-off-ramp is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; clear presentation of complex products
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Proven deal-closing and objection-handling ability
• Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Strong self-organization, goal orientation, result-driven mindset
• Experience in regulated/high-risk industries (iGaming, crypto, e-commerce) desirable

KPIs

• Sales Target Achievement — monthly quotas met/exceeded
• Conversion Rate — closed deals vs. leads
• Time to First Transaction — speed from signed client to live, paying integration
• Client Retention Rate — retention after first transaction
• Average Deal Value — revenue per closed deal
• Pipeline Growth — new qualified leads added to the funnel
