Retention Team Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and scale the CRM team through hiring, coaching, and performance management;
  • Translate CRM strategy into actionable plans, priorities, and team objectives;
  • Own CRM backlog, campaign execution processes, and delivery quality standards;
  • Drive CRM business performance across revenue, retention, churn, and LTV metrics;
  • Identify growth opportunities, optimize CRM economics, and present results to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, BI, and tech teams to improve CRM capabilities and efficiency.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM experience in online casino/iGaming, including team leadership;
  • Strong understanding of retention, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and CRM analytics;
  • Proven experience managing CRM campaigns, processes, and cross-functional initiatives;
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize based on business impact;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
