Sales Manager
Portraithy.com is an international service that creates custom oil paintings from customers’ photos.
We work mainly with clients from the US and Europe, cooperate with 150+ Ukrainian artists, process thousands of orders every year, and have an ambitious goal — to become the #1 custom portrait company in the world.
Our product is emotional, personalized, and easy to fall in love with: customers order portraits as gifts for family, partners, friends, pets, memorial occasions, weddings, anniversaries, and other meaningful moments.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will communicate with warm inbound clients, help them choose the right painting option, and guide them to purchase.
Schedule: 19:00–04:00 Kyiv time
Format: remote
Employment: full-time
What you’ll do
— work only with inbound leads, no cold outreach;
— communicate with clients from the US market via chat, email, and calls;
— identify the client’s needs and understand the occasion, timeline, budget, and expectations;
— help clients choose the best painting size, style, and format;
— explain the value of a handmade custom oil painting;
— handle objections and guide clients to the next step;
— close deals and achieve sales targets;
— work in CRM and keep all client information accurate and up to date;
— follow up with clients and make sure no lead is lost;
— cooperate with production/account teams when needed.
We’re looking for someone who has
— 1+ year of experience in B2C, online, or e-commerce sales;
— advanced English, preferably C1;
— strong written communication skills;
— ability to build trust with clients quickly;
— confidence in handling objections and negotiating;
— experience with CRM systems, Google Drive, and basic digital tools;
— responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
— focus on results and willingness to grow in sales;
— readiness to work evening/night hours according to the US market.
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini will be a plus.
