We are a fast-growing international iGaming company with 1000+ professionals and a portfolio of successful projects operating across Tier 1โ€“3 markets worldwide.

Right now, we are expanding our VIP Department and looking for a results-driven Team Lead โ€“ VIP Department who knows how to build and lead high-performing teams, work with key business metrics, analyze VIP player behavior, and drive sustainable growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong business mindset who enjoys leadership, data analysis, and building effective strategies in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead, onboard, mentor, and develop a team of VIP Managers.
  • Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
  • Own and drive key team KPIs:
    • Team Deposit Amount (IN)
    • Team IN-OUT
    • Retention (M/M)
  • Analyze team performance, VIP player activity, and database trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop personalized retention and growth strategies for key VIP players together with your team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Retention, CRM, and Product teams to optimize the VIP player journey and improve business results.
  • Continuously review and improve workflows from a business perspective.
  • Ensure the team consistently achieves performance and revenue targets.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in a Team Lead, Senior VIP Manager, VIP Management, Retention, or similar leadership role.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with KPIs, performance metrics, and large datasets.
  • Experience analyzing player databases and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • A business-oriented mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation.
