Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

• Develop and execute the outbound sales strategy, including ICP definition, outreach sequences, negotiations, and deal closure.

Partner Channel Development

P&L Ownership

• Conduct monthly P&L reviews, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.

Team Building and Leadership

• Hire and manage the commercial team as the business scales, including SDRs, Account Executives, and Partner Managers.

Requirements

Must-Have

Ваша роль
Ми шукаємо Head of Sales, який масштабуватиме комерційну функцію компанії на ринку України та в перспективі на англомовних ринках. Ви будете безпосередньо впливати на дохід компанії та формувати sales-культуру, напряму тісно співпрацюватимете з CCO та СЕО стосовно глобальної sales-візії по компанії.

Які стоятимуть задачі?

• Формувати й реалізовувати sales-стратегію в Україні та на нових регіональних ринках
• Будувати та розвивати команду sales-менеджерів України
• Налагоджувати тісну взаємодію з маркетингом, продуктом і підтримкою для збільшення конверсії та LTV
• Аналізувати ринкові можливості й конкурентне середовище, розробляти GTM-підходи для кожного регіону
• Регулярно переглядати та покращувати sales-процеси, CRM-дисципліну та KPI-систему

Що очікуємо?

• 5+ років досвіду в B2B SaaS або EdTech продажах, з яких 2+ роки на керівній позиції
• Підтверджений досвід досягнення revenue-цілей у роботі команди
• Сильні аналітичні навички: уміння працювати з sales-метриками та на їх основі оптимізувати воронку продажів й процеси команди
• Здатність вибудовувати продуктивні команди продажів
• Англійська - на розмовному рівні

• Робота з ключовими клієнтами: особиста участь у переговорах на ТОР-рівні та підтримка пресейл-процесів.
• Аналітика: ведення звітності в CRM, аналіз причин відмов та пошук точок росту для покращення ефективності команди.

• Взаємодія з маркетингом і продуктами: участь в плануванні маркетингових активностей, підготовка шаблонів супровідних документів для продажів (комерційні пропозиції, сертифікати, презентації кейсів і вигод тощо), участь у вебінарах, конференціях.

   

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Досвід у B2B-продажах від 3 років (досвід роботи з контакт-центрами або складним софтом буде вагомою перевагою).
• Досвід управління командою від 2 років (Team Lead або Senior Sales).
• Навички переговорів: вміння професійно вести діалог, відчувати клієнта та будувати довгострокові відносини.
• Англійська мова: рівень Upper-Intermediate (B2) для роботи з міжнародними ринками та документацією.

• Висока самоорганізація: вміння працювати в режимі багатозадачності та орієнтація на конкретний фінансовий результат.

   

Перевагу буде надано кандидатам, які:

• Мають досвід продажу IT-продуктів в B2B-сегменті, розуміють домен контакт-центрів.
• Мають розвинену мережу контактів і люблять нетворкінг.
• Вміють організувати підготовку складних техніко-комерційних пропозицій (пресейл).

• Мають досвід розбудови відділу продажів з «нуля» або масштабування поточної команди.
