As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of VIP Department who will elevate our VIP operations to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to shape the departmentβs vision, optimize processes, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to maximizing player loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value.
Role Objective
To expand the VIP department, efficiently distribute projects among several team leads, and enhance processes for maximum effectiveness.
Probation Period Tasks (2β3 months)
- Conduct a full audit of current VIP processes.
- Review team performance: KPIs, productivity, and efficiency.
Develop proposals for internal process improvements and bonus program enhancements for VIP players.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the VIP team on the project.
- Achieve key performance targets for the VIP department.
- Set up and implement bonus policies and personalized offers for VIP players.
- Collaborate with the product and promo teams on VIP-related initiatives.
Plan and oversee retention strategies for VIP players.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Team Lead / Head of VIP in the iGaming industry.
- Experience managing a team of 10+ people.
- Practical experience creating or adjusting bonus policies for VIP players.
- Strong understanding of retention metrics and loyalty tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The Role
Youβll be the point of the spear for GetTimber.ai in the US: find the right contractors, run crisp demos, close deals, and build repeatable motion. Youβre joining earlyβyour fingerprints will be on the playbook.
You will:
- Hunt: identify target verticals and lists; run cold email/DMs/calls; work events.
- Demo: run tight discovery, ROI framing, and objection handling.
- Close: drive pilots to paid, expand seats/locations, land channel partners.
- Feed product: translate customer pain into features and collateral.
- Systematize: build sequences, scripts, and a deal desk that scales.
You are:
- A closer with 2β5+ years in B2B SaaS or home-services tech (or you sold into trades).
- Energized by outbound; comfortable running your own pipeline end-to-end.
- US-time-zone aligned; excellent written/video demo skills.
- Gritty, coachable, and obsessed with your number.
Compensation β Big, Simple, Residual
We run a powerful, performance-first commission plan:
- 50% of revenue you generate in the first 3 months of each new customer.
- 10% residual on that customerβs revenue thereafter (while youβre active and in good standing).
Example (illustrative):
Close $20,000/month in revenue:- Months 1β3: 50% of $60,000 = $30,000 commission
- Month 4 onward: 10% of $20,000 = $2,000/month residual
Commissions are paid on collected revenue (excludes taxes/refunds/chargebacks). No cap.
