Firetics is a product company with an in-house iGaming platform operating across multiple GEOs.
We’re looking for an experienced PSP Manager to oversee and optimize our payment processing operations. The primary focus is monitoring and improving approval rates to support product scalability, working closely with PSP partners to optimize payment flows and resolve issues in key markets.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full PSP onboarding lifecycle, from initial engagement to go-live
  • Coordinate KYC, compliance, due diligence, and contractual documentation with Legal/Compliance
  • Oversee pre-live testing, issue resolution, and launch readiness
  • Monitor and optimize approval rates across payment methods and markets
  • Act as the main point of contact for PSPs, managing communication and negotiations
  • Configure PSP settings and routing in admin panels/orchestration platforms to improve approval rates
  • Maintain the payment knowledge base per project (GEO coverage, methods, limits, currencies)
  • Translate business needs into tasks, coordinating technical integration with the Tech team
  • Support market expansion, ensuring compliant payment setups in new GEOs
  • Report on approval rates and PSP performance
  • Monitor chargebacks and coordinate fraud prevention with PSPs
     

Requirements:
• 1+ year in a PSP management, payments operations, or fintech role
• Strong understanding of payment flows, approval rates, routing, and the transaction lifecycle
• Experience in iGaming or high-risk industries
• Experience working with multiple GEOs
• High attention to detail and an analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns in payment failures and performance issues
• Strong communication skills and experience working with external providers and cross-functional internal teams
• Upper-intermediate or higher English (written and spoken).
