About the Role

We are looking for a creative VFX/Motion Artist to design and implement stylized real-time visual effects that enhance gameplay and player experience. You will work closely with game designers, developers, and artists to create effects that bring the WOWCube games to life while leveraging modern AI-powered creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality real-time visual effects for gameplay, environments, and UI interactions.
• Design and produce VFX assets.
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure visual effects support gameplay mechanics and player feedback.
• Optimize VFX assets for performance on the WOWCube platform.
• Iterate quickly based on playtesting and team feedback.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to accelerate concept development, asset generation, and production workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience creating VFX/motion for games.
• Strong proficiency in Blender or similar tools.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools as part of the production pipeline.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, color, composition, and visual feedback in games.
• Experience creating stylized real-time visual effects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a highly iterative game development environment.
• Portfolio showcasing game VFX/motion work.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating particle systems, shaders, or procedural effects.
• Familiarity with technical art workflows and asset optimization.
• Passion for games and interactive experiences.
