Team Lead Farming (Facebook)

We're looking for an experienced Team Lead Farming who combines deep expertise in Facebook account farming with strong leadership and operational management skills. You understand Facebook's anti-fraud ecosystem, know how to build and optimize a reliable farming infrastructure, and make decisions based on data, unit economics, and long-term account performance rather than assumptions. You're comfortable managing suppliers, infrastructure, budgets, and processes while continuously improving efficiency through automation and AI. Most importantly, you're a proactive leader who takes ownership, builds scalable systems, and ensures the Media Buying team always has the resources needed to perform at its best.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead and manage the Facebook Farming team, including both in-house farming operations and agency account infrastructure.
• Ensure a continuous and reliable supply of Facebook assets for the Media Buying team, including accounts, Business Managers, Fan Pages, agency accounts, and related resources.
• Maintain department SLAs by ensuring timely account delivery, full operational coverage, and clear ownership across the team.
• Build and manage relationships with account sellers and agencies, negotiate pricing and replacement policies, evaluate quality, and maintain supplier performance records.
• Monitor and analyze key department metrics, including account LTV, ban rate, supplier performance, and real cost per $1,000 in ad spend.
• Maintain accurate records of all account issuance, payments, and inventory within internal tracking systems.
• Manage infrastructure and operational budgets, including proxies, anti-detect browsers, SIM cards, and related tools.
• Drive automation initiatives and implement AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Optimize the department's unit economics by reducing account acquisition costs and improving account lifetime.
• Test new account batches, suppliers, and farming methods before scaling them across the business.
• Develop contingency plans and maintain account reserves to minimize downtime during Meta platform disruptions.
• Identify opportunities to monetize department assets and improve operational profitability.
• Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, internal processes, checklists, and the department knowledge base.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 2+ years of experience in Facebook account farming, including at least 1 year leading a team or managing operational processes.
• Deep understanding of Facebook's anti-fraud systems, account trust, warm-up strategies, ban reasons, and account lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook account infrastructure, including auto-registered accounts, Business Managers, Fan Pages, agency accounts, and related assets.
• Experience working with account suppliers and agencies, including sourcing, negotiations, and performance evaluation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate account quality through LTV, ban rates, and unit economics.
• Experience managing operational budgets and optimizing infrastructure costs.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions focused on operational efficiency and profitability.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, filters, and operational reporting.
• Experience documenting processes and maintaining knowledge bases in Notion or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience implementing automation and AI tools into operational workflows.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and process management skills.
• English proficiency is a plus.
