We are looking for an experienced Chief Business Development Officer to drive the company's commercial growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our global market presence.

This is a key leadership role with direct influence on the company's growth strategy. You will work closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities, establish long-term partnerships, and build scalable revenue channels across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's global Business Development strategy.
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and commercial opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Lead enterprise-level negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement scalable sales and partnership processes.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Operations, and Executive teams.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Business Development team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile


We are looking for someone who has:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Commercial leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • A strong network within FinTech, Payments, Banking, E-commerce, or related industries.
  • A proven track record of building strategic partnerships and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Experience working with international clients and global markets.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and outstanding negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).


Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a Payment Service Provider (PSP), FinTech, or Financial Services company.
  • Existing relationships with banks, payment providers, merchants, or strategic partners.
  • Experience launching new markets or scaling international business operations.
  • Strong understanding of the global payments ecosystem and financial technologies.
