Sales Manager Spain (Barcelona)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Nova Post Spain in Barcelona and contribute to the development of our B2B sales direction in the Spanish market.
This role is ideal for a proactive, result-oriented professional who can build strong client relationships, conduct negotiations with decision-makers, close deals, and help grow a large-scale European logistics project born in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from qualified lead to signed contract.
Conduct negotiations with potential clients, business owners, managers, and C-level stakeholders.
Present Nova Post services, logistics solutions, and commercial advantages to potential clients.
Prepare tailored commercial proposals based on client needs, shipment volumes, and business potential.
Handle objections, negotiate cooperation terms, and close deals.
Support the contract signing process in cooperation with internal teams.
Analyze the local market, client segments, competitors, and business opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM regarding opportunities, deal stages, communications, and forecasts.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports on sales performance and target achievement.
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handover of closed deals for further client development.
Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving measurable results.
Experience in negotiations with business owners, managers, and C-level stakeholders.
Ability to sell value and business benefits, not only compete on price.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess client potential, shipment volumes, and commercial opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-driven approach and ability to work with ambitious sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and adapt quickly to changes.
Spanish language proficiency from B2 level or higher.
English language proficiency is required.
Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
