We have helped recruit patients for trials run by Moderna, AstraZeneca, Novavax, Incyte, Boehringer Ingelheim, Harvard, and Stanford, with 400K+ patients matched to date.

 

The company was founded by serial entrepreneurs whose previous company had a successful exit. You will work directly with the founders and report to the COO (MD, PhD).

 

About the role
You will own our organic and paid marketing across content, SEO, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. This is a hands-on role for someone with a life sciences background who wants to build a career in drug development and clinical trials.

 

Responsibilities
Content

  • Build and maintain the content plan and calendar
  • Write and edit content on clinical trials, drug development, and patient recruitment for the blog and LinkedIn

SEO

  • Keyword research, on-page optimization, basic SEO audits
  • Monitor backlinks and referring domains, track rankings and organic traffic

Paid and social

  • Set up and run Google Ads campaigns (deep expertise not required, you can learn as you go)
  • Manage the company LinkedIn page: posting schedule, engagement, growth

Analytics

  • Track performance of all channels and report on what works
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform content

 

Requirements

  • Life sciences background: medicine, biology, pharmacy, biotech, immunology, or related
  • 1+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a medical or life sciences company
  • Advanced daily use of AI tools. Not just prompting ChatGPT: hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or Claude Cowork, and a working understanding of agents, skills, prompt engineering, and context engineering
  • English B2 or higher
  • Strong motivation to grow in pharma and biotech, ideally in clinical trials specifically

     

Nice to have

  • Understanding of drug development: trial phases, how studies are organized, ClinicalTrials.gov
  • Basic knowledge of the regulatory landscape (FDA, EMA) and industry structure: sponsors, sites, CROs, SMOs
  • Prior Google Ads experience
  • Experience with other marketing channels (email, SMM, etc.)
  • Experience of developing visuals 

 

Conditions and process

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Two interview stages, no take-home task. Expect a deep interview on all areas above; a small practical task may be given during the interview
