Influencer Outreach Manager

We're looking for a proactive, persistent, and communication-driven professional who enjoys research, outreach, and building the first connection with potential partners.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Research and identify potential influencers, streamers, KOLs, content creators, agencies, and affiliate partners.
• Perform daily outreach across: X (Twitter), Telegram, YouTube, Kick, Twitch,TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, Creator Management Agencies, Affiliate Networks, Casino Review Websites
• Build a consistent pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
• Reach out through multiple communication channels using personalized messages.
• Find alternative contact methods when creators don't respond through the first channel.
• Qualify potential partners before handing them over to the Influencer Manager.
• Collect and organize all relevant information about each prospect.
• Keep CRM and Notion fully updated with complete lead profiles.
• Ensure every lead is properly documented and ready for the next stage of the partnership process.

• Meet weekly outreach and qualified lead KPIs.

   

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

• 1+ year of experience in outreach, lead generation, business development, partnership management, influencer outreach, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience finding and contacting creators across multiple social platforms.
• Strong understanding of how different social platforms work and where to find relevant creators.
• Ability to think creatively when standard outreach methods don't work.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written English with the ability to write personalized outreach messages (not just templates).
• Experience working with Notion, CRM systems, or similar documentation tools.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable with repetitive outreach work.
• Ability to consistently achieve outreach KPIs.
• Experience in crypto, iGaming, Web3, sportsbook, or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Tier 1 markets is a plus but not required if you have proven outreach experience.
