Senior (8+ years) Developer (Back-end focused)

A university degree in computer sciences.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Back-end.
• Mandatory domain expertise in Finance and Insurance industries.
• Proven track record in architectural design: ability to build and scale robust systems from an early-stage MVP.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and the Next.js ecosystem (Current stack: Next.js, React, Postgres, Vercel).
• Extensive experience working with production-grade systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including complex schema design and data integrity.
• Ability to take ownership of the technical roadmap and evolve AI-generated prototypes into enterprise-ready solutions.
• Strong focus on security and best practices for handling sensitive financial/insurance data.

Will be a plus:
• Experience with Java
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations .
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in Fintech/Insurtech.
• Hands-on experience with Vercel infrastructure management and optimization.
