| Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager in Social Media to lead our Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit and X presence for our health and wellness brand. You will transform health topics into engaging, platform-native content, actively manage community interactions, and leverage trends to drive growth alongside the Lead Content Manager. This role is about storytelling, and requires you to track performance, refine engagement strategies to ensure audience connection.

Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit
- Repurpose content from Instagram into platform-native voice and format.
- Build a content plan that consistently grows each platform
- Actively contribute ideas for content and campaigns.
- Help shape how we communicate key topics.
Community
- Manage community on platforms: comments, DMs, discussions, subreddit engagement.
- Lead the ManyChat process to build and optimize automation flows for ticket links, event info, and FAQ replies.
- Design audience funnels: comment-to-DM mechanics, story sequences, clear CTAs.
Performance & Trends
- Track engagement rate and content effectiveness across platforms.
- Recommend what to scale, what to improve, what to stop, and what to optimize.
- Monitor social media trends, formats, and platform shifts.
