Finance Manager
We are looking for a Finance & Back Office Manager for an international financial services / family office company based in Limassol, Cyprus.
The company works with private clients and families, supporting investment portfolios, financial documentation, corporate processes and operational finance matters across several jurisdictions.
This is a hands-on finance and back-office role. It is not a pure payment operations, PSP, KYC or client support position. We are looking for a person with a solid finance/accounting foundation who can manage structured processes independently.

Cyprus, Limassol
Office-based format
Hybrid format may be discussed individually for highly relevant candidates already based in Cyprus. Fully remote format is not considered.
Level Middle
We are open to candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience.
We can also consider candidates with less experience if they have relevant education in Finance / Accounting / Economics or are currently studying / pursuing ACCA, ACA, CFA or similar qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with external accountants, auditors, banks and other service providers
- Support financial and tax reporting processes
- Prepare data for monthly management reports
- Process payments, invoices and supporting documentation
- Handle reconciliations, registers and structured financial records
- Prepare documents for audits, banks, KYC / AML and corporate processes
- Support contract and document flow
- Maintain financial and back-office records for clients, partners and internal processes
- Support back-office processes related to client investment portfolios
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, investment operations, back office or a similar area
- Understanding of accounting, reporting, payments, reconciliations and financial documents
- Experience with invoices, bank statements, registers and financial records
- Experience working with external accountants, auditors or banks will be a strong plus
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage several parallel processes
- Structured, responsible and independent approach to work
- Russian and English language skills
- Relevant education in Finance / Accounting / Economics will be a plus
Nice to have
- Experience in audit, accounting firms, Big Four or mid-tier advisory firms
- Experience in financial services, family office, wealth management, investment operations or corporate services
- ACCA / ACA / CFA studies or similar professional qualifications
- Experience with KYC / AML documentation, corporate documents or banking procedures
- Experience with management reporting, P&L, cash flow or financial statements
