HR Brand Manager
We're looking for an HR Brand Manager who understands that employer brand is not a LinkedIn page โ it's the sum of every experience a candidate or employee has with the company. This is a role for someone who can think strategically about what makes True Group a place people genuinely want to work, and then bring that story to life across every touchpoint โ from a job post to a team event to a conversation with a recruiter.
You'll own the employer brand function end-to-end: EVP development, external presence, internal culture content and referral programme. You'll work closely with Recruitment, HR Operations and brand marketing teams across our partner brands, and your work will directly influence the quality and volume of talent we attract and retain.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Develop and own the EVP for True Group and each key partner โ define what makes us unique, translate it into every candidate and employee touchpoint
- Lead the redesign of the True Group employer identity: website, brandbook, vacancy visuals and social presence
- Build and execute a content strategy across LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni and internal channels โ employee stories, culture content, open roles
- Partner with Talent Search to create outreach materials that work as a warm-up tool before a recruiter reaches out
- Run the internal HR Notion Hub and employee recognition initiatives: anniversaries, shoutouts, cultural events
- Design and manage the referral programme โ mechanics, rewards, tracking and activation
- Monitor employer brand reputation and engagement metrics; turn data into action
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- 3+ years in employer branding, HR marketing, or a related field
- Strong content creation skills across formats: copy, visuals, short-form video
- Experience managing LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni and similar platforms
- Data-driven: comfortable with survey analytics, engagement metrics and referral reporting
- Creative and structured โ you generate ideas and follow through on execution
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
- iGaming or digital background is a plus
