Middle+ Retention / CRM Manager (iGaming)


 

Employment: Full-time

Salary: $2,000–3,000 (depending on interview results and experience)

Probation Period: 1 month


 

Responsibilities


 

Develop and execute player retention strategies across the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and anti-churn).

Build, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across Push, In-App, Email, SMS, and Notification Center channels, including automated lifecycle and trigger-based communications.

Design and optimize bonus mechanics, including deposit bonuses, Free Spins, Free Bets, Cashback, missions, and tournaments.

Segment the player base and personalize communications and promotional offers.

Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve CRM performance.

Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, Reactivation Rate, Bonus ROI, and GGR uplift.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and improve in-house CRM functionality.

Work closely with Product, Development, Anti-Fraud, and VIP teams.

Prepare regular performance reports and CRM analytics.


 

Requirements


 

2–3+ years of experience in CRM/Retention within iGaming, Sports Betting, or other high-frequency consumer products with transactional monetization.

Hands-on experience designing bonus strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Strong data-driven mindset with experience in customer segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including in-house solutions.

Strong understanding of retention and monetization metrics, including Retention, LTV, Churn, and Bonus ROI.

English proficiency at a working level.


 

Nice to Have


 

Experience with in-house CRM development and writing technical requirements for engineering teams.

Experience with PostHog or similar product analytics platforms.

Basic SQL skills.

Experience in crypto casino and multi-GEO products.

Understanding of gamification mechanics, VIP programs, and Responsible Gambling principles.

Experience with fast/live games (e.g., Crash) alongside traditional slot products.
