Talent Researcher / Sourcer — Part-time

Speed & Function is looking for a Talent Researcher / Sourcer to support our recruitment team for the next few months.

This is a part-time, hourly-based collaboration with a flexible workload. We’re looking for someone who can help us find relevant candidates, prepare shortlists, and save recruiters’ time on the sourcing side.

What you’ll do:
 

• Search for relevant candidates on LinkedIn, DOU, and other channels
• Create shortlists with candidate profiles and key notes
• Check basic fit against role requirements
• Help us explore new sourcing channels and talent pools
• Keep information structured and easy to review

What we’re looking for:
 

• Previous experience as a Researcher, Sourcer, or Junior Recruiter
• Good understanding of IT roles and sourcing basics
• Strong LinkedIn search skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver structured results
• Attention to detail and common sense
• English — at least Intermediate+
   

Nice to have:
 

• Experience sourcing software engineers, DevOps, QA, or product/delivery roles
• Experience with Boolean search and recruitment automation tools

The hiring process will be simple: intro call + a short practical sourcing task.
