Talent Researcher / Sourcer — Part-time
Speed & Function is looking for a Talent Researcher / Sourcer to support our recruitment team for the next few months.
This is a part-time, hourly-based collaboration with a flexible workload. We’re looking for someone who can help us find relevant candidates, prepare shortlists, and save recruiters’ time on the sourcing side.
What you’ll do:
- Search for relevant candidates on LinkedIn, DOU, and other channels
- Create shortlists with candidate profiles and key notes
- Check basic fit against role requirements
- Help us explore new sourcing channels and talent pools
- Keep information structured and easy to review
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Researcher, Sourcer, or Junior Recruiter
- Good understanding of IT roles and sourcing basics
- Strong LinkedIn search skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver structured results
- Attention to detail and common sense
- English — at least Intermediate+
Nice to have:
- Experience sourcing software engineers, DevOps, QA, or product/delivery roles
- Experience with Boolean search and recruitment automation tools
Collaboration format:
- Part-time

The hiring process will be simple: intro call + a short practical sourcing task.
