Affiliate Manager โ€” iGaming (LATAM, Spanish is required)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, build and grow partnerships with affiliates, influencers and media buying teams across Latin America (priority: Ecuador, Paraguay)
  • Manage affiliate programs end-to-end: develop and implement strategies for partner acquisition, retention and activation
  • Work across multiple traffic channels beyond classic affiliate โ€” Influencer Marketing, SEO, CPA, Meta (Facebook/Instagram); ability to run several channels in parallel is a strong plus
  • Analyze partner traffic quality and performance

 

Requirements:

  • iGaming industry experience
  • Spanish and English level B2 or higher
  • Proven experience with affiliate/partner traffic in the LATAM market (Ecuador and Paraguay preferred, other LatAm markets also considered)
  • Solid understanding of payment models: CPA, RevShare, hybrid/fixed โ€” able to determine the right model per partner
  • Working knowledge of key metrics: ROMI, ROI, FTD
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, results-orientation, and the ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Hands-on experience with cold outreach and partner hunting (not just managing an existing base)
  • Experience with SEO traffic (other channels also relevant: PPC, ASO, Facebook Ads, etc.)
