That's why we're looking for a Business Operations Manager—someone who will help leadership turn decisions into execution and make sure the company keeps moving forward without losing speed.

 

 

The Role

This role sits at the center of the company.

You will work directly with leadership across multiple departments, helping transform strategy into execution.

This is not a project manager role where you simply update task boards.

Your mission is to make sure important initiatives actually happen.

You'll coordinate cross-functional projects, remove execution bottlenecks, challenge delays, follow up relentlessly, and give leadership complete visibility into what's happening across the business.

What You Will Do

Company Execution

Own the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives.

Translate leadership decisions into actionable plans with clear ownership and deadlines.

Follow up consistently to ensure priorities move forward.

Identify execution risks early and escalate blockers before they impact delivery.

 

 

Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate initiatives involving multiple departments.

Align stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, and other business functions.

Ensure everyone understands priorities, dependencies, and next steps.

Keep communication clear and transparent.

 

 

Operational Excellence

Maintain visibility across all active company initiatives.

Build structured reporting systems that allow leadership to quickly understand progress.

Organize weekly operational reviews.

Ensure every initiative always has:

  • a clear owner
  • a deadline
  • current status
  • next action
  • identified risks

Continuously improve operational processes to increase execution speed.

Reduce operational overhead for the COO and leadership team.

 

 

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys making organizations run better.

You probably have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, PMO, or similar roles
  • experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior leadership
  • outstanding organizational and execution skills
  • excellent stakeholder management
  • strong follow-up discipline—you don't let important things disappear
  • ability to coordinate multiple parallel initiatives
  • experience working in fast-paced startup environments
  • confidence communicating across different functions and seniority levels
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher

 

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-growth startups
  • Experience in creator economy, digital media, or marketing businesses
  • Business analytics experience
  • Experience building operational dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automation

 

 

What Success Looks Like

Within your first months, we expect you to:

  • Build visibility across all major company initiatives.
  • Create a predictable execution rhythm.
  • Help leadership identify blockers before they become problems.
  • Increase accountability across departments.
  • Improve operational transparency.
  • Reduce execution delays.
  • Allow the COO to focus more on strategic work instead of operational follow-ups.
