Product Manager

We are looking for a proactive and product-oriented Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and growth of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, prioritizing features, and delivering solutions that create value for both users and the business.

You will work closely with Design, Development, Marketing, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, make data-driven decisions, and ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement across global markets.

Responsibilities:
 

• Manage the product area: roadmap, prioritization, backlog management using frameworks (RICE / ICE / WSJF).
• Drive improvements across UI/UX, CMS, and SEO, including navigation, site structure, content presentation, landing and promotional pages, to enhance usability and support business growth.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, engagement, and search performance to identify opportunities and prioritize product initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Design, Development, SEO, Content, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality product improvements
• Define product requirements, write clear specifications, manage delivery, validate implementations, and ensure release quality
• Manage the evolution of CMS capabilities, ensuring content teams can efficiently create, maintain, and localize website content
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve website performance, discoverability, accessibility, and scalability
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify best practices and new opportunities for improving user experience
• Measure the impact of delivered initiatives and continuously optimize the product based on data and user feedback

Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Proven experience managing product areas related to UI/UX, CMS, SEO
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to identify problems and prioritize opportunities
• Experience defining product hypotheses, success metrics, and measuring product impact 
• Understanding of UX principles, conversion optimization, web analytics, and user behavior analysis 
• Good understanding of CMS platforms, website architecture, technical SEO, and website performance optimization
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience using web analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Tableau / Power BI
• English level: Intermediate (B1+) or higher

Will be plus:
 

• Experience managing multilingual or multi-brand websites
• Experience working with CMS platforms and structured content
• Understanding of advanced SEO concepts, including structured data, indexing, and crawling optimization
• Experience with personalization and content-driven product improvements
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and mobile-friendly design practices
