We’re Seranova, a hyper-growth DTC brand expanding our internal team across Creative, Marketing, Ops, Product, and CX.
We’re looking for an In-House Recruiter who can own the full hiring pipeline — from posting roles to running first-line interviews to delivering qualified candidates fast.

You must have experience hiring for DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based brands.

 

 

What You Will Own (Responsibilities)

End-to-End Hiring Pipeline Ownership

  • Manage all open positions across the organization.
  • Work directly with department heads to define role requirements, scorecards, and hiring criteria.
  • Post jobs across all platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable, RemoteOK, niche creator/marketing boards).
  • Manage paid job campaigns and optimize for cost-per-applicant & quality-per-applicant.
  • Maintain structured pipelines inside our ATS (ClickUp/Workable/Greenhouse).
     

Candidate Qualification & Filtering

  • Screen applicants and shortlist high-signal profiles.
  • Conduct first-line interview calls (15–20 min screening calls).
  • Filter for cultural fit: speed, ownership, numbers, and performance mindset.
  • Pre-vet skills, salary expectations, time zones, and availability.
  • Reject low-fit candidates quickly and courteously (speed > politeness).
     

Stakeholder Communication

  • Push candidates through each stage and follow up with hiring managers.
  • Prepare short candidate briefs for decision-makers.
  • Coordinate test tasks, assessments, and follow-up interviews.

     

Recruiting Operations

  • Maintain hygiene in ClickUp/ATS and update all roles daily.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring positions (editors, UGC creators, media buyers, CX reps, ops, etc.).
     
  • Track key metrics:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Cost-per-hire
    • Screening-to-offer ratio
    • Applicant quality score
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, templates, scorecards, and scripts.

 

 

Requirements

  • Must have experience hiring for DTC / e-commerce / subscription brands.
  • 2+ years recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Strong familiarity with roles like: editors, creative strategists, media buyers, UGC managers, CX agents, ops managers, supply chain, etc.
  • Fast communicator who thrives in high-output, high-speed environments.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed.
  • Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Workable, ClickUp, Lever, etc.).
  • Ability to filter & judge talent quickly and confidently.
