Affiliate Manager (Turkey and Azerbaijan GEO)

About the Company

We are an international iGaming company operating multiple successful brands across various markets. As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive the growth of our affiliate network in the Turkey and Azerbaijan markets. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong relationship management skills and experience in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners in the Turkey and Azerbaijan markets.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing affiliates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance and ensure KPI achievement.
• Analyze traffic quality, campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize affiliate campaigns and maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting through the CRM system.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new partnership opportunities.

   

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
• Fluent Turkish and Azerbaijani language skills (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in affiliate partner acquisition and account management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of affiliate marketing principles, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Previous experience in the iGaming or Betting industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• English proficiency is considered an advantage.

Nice to Have

• An established network of affiliates, webmasters, influencers, or media buying teams in Turkey and Azerbaijan.
• Experience working with local traffic sources and regional affiliate markets.
• Existing relationships with key industry partners.
