  • Project Description:

    We are looking for an HR Administration / HR Operations Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition & Management Shared Services Center (TAM SSC). This role is focused exclusively on HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle and does not include recruitment, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, or employee relations responsibilities.


    Our team: a cross-regional and cross-cultural team of ~20 people based in 3 countries (Ukraine, Serbia, India).


    Technologies used: MS Excel as the main tool, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Internal Systems.

     

  • Responsibilities:

    • Qualified HR services implementation for employees in different regions (countries) of DXC Luxoft presence.
    • Support, organization, and performing of different types of HR personnel processing in foreign company's locations (onboarding, transfers, vacations, sick leaves, terminations) - (there is specially prepared good supervision program for newly hired employees to teach and help them to cope with subtle details of international personnel processing).
    • Employees' files handling in internal informational systems.

     

  • Mandatory Skills Description:

    • 1+ year of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Personnel Administration, HR Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Administration.
    • Knowledge of MS Excel, experience in preparation of presentations in MS PowerPoint as well as working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Word.

    • Fluent English (written/spoken).
    • Proactive, well-organized, and result-oriented person.
    • Mature personality, excellent communication, and organization skills.
    • Strong task management.

    Please note: This position is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily in HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding.
