Billing Operations Specialist (with night shifts)
We`re rapidly growing and inviting a Billing Operations Manager to our team.
You would be running such tasks as:
β’ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of billing KPIs (payment approval rate, conversion rate, canceled transactions, timeouts, etc.);
β’ Analyse data, identify any anomalies, errors, or deviations affecting the system, and proactively troubleshoot issues;
β’ Provide efficient payment routing and flow management for maximum efficiency and processing speed.
β’ Understand current payment flows, methods, existing monitoring, analysis, and back-office tools;
β’ Collaborate with other departments across the company, including product development and technical support;
β’ Systematic preparation of reports in Tableau to monitor key payment indicators;
β’ Develop and implement improvements to monitoring processes and billing operations to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Required skills and expertise:
β’ 1+ years of experience in the billing/payment industry;
β’ Understand the fundamentals of the online payment sphere: payments methods, technical integrations, funnels, online payment flows;
β’ Confident with processing financial/transactional information;
β’ Ability to work effectively with billing systems and monitoring tools (Kibana, etc);
β’ Excellent communication skills with payment providers and merchants;
β’ Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user;
β’ English from upper-intermediate level;
β’ Initiative and proactive approach;
β’ High level of independence and ability to take responsibility.
Will be a plus:
β’ Experience in analytical tools (e.g.Tableau).
