About the role
We are looking for an Outreach & Lead Generation Automation Specialist to join our team and help scale our outbound lead generation processes.
This role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing automated outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email channels. You will actively use AI tools, improve existing workflows, and help make our outbound processes more efficient and scalable.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, testing automation tools, and making outbound campaigns more efficient through AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize automated outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email channels
- Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts and monitor their health and performance
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve personalization, and increase outreach efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance
- Research and implement new tools, workflows, and automation approaches
- Build and maintain prospect databases
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Outreach, SDR, or a similar role
- Experience building or managing automated LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, Expandi, HeyReach, LinkedHelper, or similar platforms
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in daily work
- Experience managing multiple LinkedIn accounts simultaneously through automation
- Understanding of outreach automation and campaign optimization
- Experience working with HubSpot or another CRM
- Good written English

- Understanding of email deliverability principles
- Understanding of domain warm-up and email infrastructure
- Experience in outsourcing or agency environments
