Softacom is looking for an independent PM/Account Manager to manage client projects and accounts in an IT outsourcing/outstaffing environment.

This role combines delivery management, client communication, process improvement, and account development. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of project outcomes, align the client and delivery team, and independently handle complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects and accounts from initiation to handover
• Coordinate delivery teams and manage timelines, scope, quality, and client expectations
• Lead client meetings, status updates, follow-ups, and escalations
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes
• Resolve complex situations between clients and delivery teams
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including SOWs, SLAs, SRSs, project plans, reports, and handover documents
• Plan and track project tasks using Jira and Confluence
• Build and improve internal business processes
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth

Requirements

• Experience as a PM, Delivery PM in IT outsourcing/outstaffing
• Technical background through hands-on experience in development, QA, business analysis, system analysis, or a related area, and/or relevant technical education
• Experience independently managing projects and taking responsibility for delivery outcomes
• Experience managing project teams
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
• Experience with estimation, task decomposition, planning, risk management, and scope management
• Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation
• Practical experience with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and AI tools
• Experience building, implementing, or improving business processes
• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with SLA and service delivery
• Basic understanding of software architecture, integrations, and technical constraints

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound & Lead Generation Automation Lead to join our team and take ownership of our outbound lead generation processes and their results.

This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on work. The main focus is on building, managing, and optimizing automated outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email channels. You will actively use AI tools, improve existing workflows, and make our outbound processes more efficient and scalable.

This position is ideal for someone who can not only launch and manage campaigns, but also independently identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, implement them, and take responsibility for the results.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the outbound lead generation process and its results
• Develop and continuously improve the LinkedIn and email outreach approach
• Build, launch, and optimize automated outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email channels
• Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts (20+) and monitor their health and performance
• Analyze campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve personalization, and increase outreach efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance
• Research and implement new tools, workflows, and automation approaches
• Build and maintain prospect databases
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Outreach, SDR, or a similar role
• Experience building or significantly improving outbound lead generation processes, not only executing individual tasks
• Experience building and managing automated LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
• Hands-on experience managing 10+ LinkedIn accounts simultaneously through one automated platform
• Hands-on experience with outreach automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, Expandi, HeyReach, LinkedHelper, or similar platforms
• Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar in daily work
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions independently
• Understanding of outreach automation and campaign optimization
• Experience working with HubSpot or another CRM
• Good written English

Nice to have

• Experience leading a lead generation or outbound function
• Experience with GTM automation or integrations between outreach platforms, CRM, and AI tools
• Understanding of email deliverability principles
• Understanding of domain warm-up and email infrastructure
• Experience in outsourcing or agency environments
