We provide ad account management services to media buyers and agencies across major advertising platforms. We are looking for an Account Manager who will become their main point of contact — the person who always knows what's going on, responds quickly, and gets things resolved.

Most of your daily routine is chat-based, so you need to know the ad ecosystem well enough to provide accurate and fast answers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Provide prompt, effective support via chat (and occasional video calls when needed) aligned with company standards.
• Onboarding: Onboard new clients, walk them through our service, set proper expectations, and build trust from day one.
• Account Management: Deliver and manage ad accounts, handle appeals, monitor statuses/spend, and manage ID reviews.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve account issues, bans, unlocks, and proxy errors, keeping clients in the loop throughout the process.
• Client Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and actively support the retention of existing clients.
• Insights & Analytics: Track patterns in account performance and client behavior; flag valuable insights to improve the product or workflow.
• Teamwork: Work closely with other departments within the company.

💼 Requirements:

• Experience: A solid background in affiliate marketing or media buying is a must.
• Hard Skills: Deep understanding of how ad accounts work from the inside.
• Language: B2+ English proficiency (both written and verbal).
• Soft Skills: Comfortable working independently across shifts, with a proven ability to take initiative and resolve complex issues.
