Head of Marketing

Finora Credit is an international fintech company with over 10 years of experience in online lending. We are launching a new lending product in the South African market and are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy with a strong focus on affiliate acquisition.

This is an opportunity to build marketing processes from the ground up, shape the acquisition strategy, and make a direct impact on the growth of a new international business.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead the affiliate marketing strategy for the South African market.
• Build, manage, and scale a partner network, including CPA networks, affiliates, aggregators, and direct partners.
• Monitor and optimize traffic quality and acquisition performance using key marketing metrics.
• Manage the marketing budget and build an efficient customer acquisition model.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Analytics, Product, and IT teams to improve traffic quality and business performance.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across Digital Marketing, Retention, and Social Media teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Identify new growth opportunities and continuously optimize acquisition channels.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate / Partnership Marketing (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in fintech, online lending, or microfinance (required).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CPA, CPL, CAC, ROMI, LTV, Conversion Rate, and Approval Rate.
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with CPA networks, affiliates, aggregators, and strategic partners.
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Candidates with gambling-only affiliate marketing experience will not be considered. We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or closely related industries.
