Business Analyst / Product Owner

Now we are looking for a Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our team.

Requirements:

— Solid experience (at least 3+ years) with business requirements analysis in IT.

— Experience working with complex systems involving numerous integrations with internal and external services.

— Confident knowledge of business analysis diagrams and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, ERD, Use Case, Sequence, Activity, Context, Role/Responsibility, Dependency, Flowchart, State and Data Flow).
— Understanding of UX principles and patterns.

— Backlog and release management.

— Deep knowledge of business metrics and analytics, including documentation creation for implementation.

— Skills of reading and documenting intersystem integration (web-services, REST, XML/JSON).

— Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies

— Reading and creating business documentation (SRS, BRD per feature, data mappings etc).

Skills:

— Ability to transform business requirements into consistent requirements specifications for development and design teams.
— Ability to create and maintain analytics events taxonomy.

— Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources.

— Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills.

— Ability to effectively leverage AI in daily work to optimize processes, improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and drive continuous improvements.

— Ability to manage several interrelated streams of the project.

— Experience in creating and thinking through a user story.

— Solid understanding of principles and specifics of the SDLC.

— Understanding of the client-server architecture.

— Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian.

It will be a plus if you have:

— Skills in using modern business analysis tools (Visio, Business Studio, Axure, Sigma, Balsamiq).

— Ability to make architecture-related decisions.

— Proven record of the launch of several successful products.

Responsibilities:

— Transforming business requirements into consistent requirements specifications for the teams.

— Requirements gathering and prioritization with the Product Manager.

— Developing user/business flows.

— Business Features and Project specifications writing.

— Participating in building road maps and release planning.
— Working on analytics with DA and Product Manager.

— Planning, refinement facilitation.

— Aligning scope plans with other teams, dealing with dependencies.

— Documenting data flow diagrams, preparing entity descriptions.

— Design review for compliance with business requirements.
— Explanation of requirements for the frontend team or client team regarding the creation of functionalities.
— Performing requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements.
