    Weβ€―are looking for aβ€―highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Owner to join our Core team. This role focuses on working with the core of our product, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and overall system efficiency. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong understanding of market trends, a technical background, and expertise in managing the full product development lifecycle. 
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Collection and elaboration of business requirements from customers, partners, external community, and internal users.
    • Organization and prioritization of requirements in the company's information resources.
    • Definition and defense of concepts: this includes grouping and detailing business requirements, developing a strategy for market introduction, creating mockups, collaborating on UX and UI design (in conjunction with UI designers), producing presentation materials, drafting user stories, and assigning tasks to technical writers to elaborate on the functionality within both internal and public-facing company resources.
    • Conducting market research: this involves competitor analysis, seeking and assessing potential integration solutions, and reviewing reports from global analytical agencies like Forrester and Gartner.
    • Leading SCRUM activities with development teams: this includes Kick-off presentations, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions.
    • Collaborating with the Scrum Master to enhance team efficiency, as well as establishing and monitoring team metrics.
    • Offering consultations for internal staff, customers, and partners on system adjustments to meet business requirements.
    • Implementing product functionality using the platform's No-code tools.
    • Organizing and conducting training sessions for company employees on the features of new releases. 
       

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
    • Deep understanding of the data management and web technologies.
    • Developer or system analyst background would be beneficial
    • Expertise in product concept development.
    • Proficiency in collaborating and integrating with technology partners to deliver joint products.
    • Experience in collaborating with a team on application architecture and making informed architectural decisions.
    • Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle.
    • Competence in analyzing the IT solutions market and understanding user needs and expectations.
    • Practical experience with the capability and willingness to work at both strategic and detailed requirement levels.
    • Strong comprehension of technologies and methodologies essential for constructing highly available and high-performance web applications.
    • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages.

    Because 95% of our user base is Dutch (international expansion starts soon), our Head of Product focuses entirely on customer discovery, strategy, and market feedback. Your mission is to own the internal execution. You will master the complex logic of our tachograph platform, bridge the gap between product strategy and our development team, and ensure smooth, predictable release cycles.

     

    You will work closely with our Head of Product, CTO, and a talented team of 6 full-stack developers and 4 QA engineers. About half the team works remotely and/or speaks Ukranian.

     

     

    What You Will Do

     

    • Master the Domain: Proactively learn the deep technical logic of our SaaS platform, data analytics, and EU tachograph legislation to become our absolute internal product expert.

     

    • Translate Strategy to Execution: Act as the primary bridge between the Head of Product and the development/QA teams. You will translate high-level Epics into flawlessly detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

     

    • Product Analytics & Optimization: Define, set up, and track product analytics for both internal and customer use. Analyze data from PostHog, MS Clarity, and Google Analytics to identify adoption trends, UX gaps, and friction points (e.g., dead clicks).

     

    • Internal Product Expert: Serve as the go-to technical point of contact for our sales and customer support teams. You will answer complex product questions and collaborate with support and marketing to translate new features into clear, user-friendly knowledge base articles, release notes, and product manuals.

     

    • Release Management: Manage the backlog in Jira, prioritize sprint deliverables alongside the Head of Product, and orchestrate a logical release schedule.

     

     

     

    What We Are Looking For

     

    • Experience: 3+ years as a Technical PO or Business Analyst in a complex B2B SaaS environment.

     

    • Technical & Data Aptitude: Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles, API logic, and data-heavy platforms. You know how to set up and analyze product metrics to drive UX improvements.

     

    • No-Assumption Mindset: You write exceptional user stories. Developers rarely have to ask you "what happens in this edge case?" because you have already investigated the data and documented it.

     

    • Proactive Communicator: Fluent English speaker who manages their own time flawlessly and isn't afraid to proactively extract requirements from a busy Head of Product.

     

    • AI Curiosity: You are excited by an AI-first culture and are comfortable using modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate spec writing and product management.
