About the Role

We are looking for a strong Middle+ / Senior-level specialist who will take full ownership of our user communication infrastructure across Tier-1 iGaming markets.

This is not a traditional CRM Marketing or Content Management role. 2. SMS & Alternative Messaging Channels

- Manage SMS routing through both global aggregators and local telecom vendors for Tier-1 GEOs to maximize DLR and delivery stability.

- Source, negotiate, and onboard local SMS providers where necessary.

- Build and scale WhatsApp and Telegram messaging infrastructure for trigger-based and bulk communication campaigns.

- Manage account pools, proxy infrastructure, and anti-ban strategies for messenger operations.

- Continuously test and optimize alternative messaging channels to improve reach and retention.

3. Integrations & Voice AI Solutions

- Integrate, test, and optimize AI Voice Automation solutions for player activation and reactivation flows.

- Research and evaluate emerging communication technologies, AI-driven retention tools, and new delivery providers.

- Work closely with CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to implement scalable communication solutions.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-risk verticals such as iGaming, Betting, Dating, or Crypto.

- Previous experience in roles such as Deliverability Expert, Email Infrastructure Engineer, Messaging Operations Manager, or Communications Product Owner.

About the job:

DataMatrix is a part of the EveryMatrix Platform, responsible for collecting, storing, processing, and utilizing hundreds of millions of transactions every day across the entire platform. The team builds data products, including reporting solutions, data streaming pipelines, third‑party integrations, serving both internal stakeholders and external customers. The DataMatrix team consists of around 35 people and is based in Lviv. 

Role Overview:
As a Product Owner in DataMatrix, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of data products within the platform. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, working closely with data engineers, other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that data products are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This position is focused on the discovery and prioritization of initiatives, defining product scope and objectives, establishing key deliverables, and developing a comprehensive roadmap - all sequenced to optimize value delivery.

What You'll get to do:

• Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for DataMatrix data products.
• Translate business and client needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze new initiatives and requests and participate in product discovery and business analysis.

Що робитимеш:

• Розбиратися в незнайомому процесі: слухати прорабів, УПТК, диспетчера, кошторисника, ставити питання, збирати вимоги.
• Перетворювати сирі вимоги на User Stories, Acceptance Criteria та опис бізнес-процесів.
• Робити wireframe-прототипи з готових компонентів, показувати бізнесу, ловити напрям, правити на льоту.
• Передавати задачі розробнику так, щоб він не бігав за уточненнями. Тримати документацію в синхроні з кодом.
• Щотижня показувати демо бізнесу. Проганяти реальні процеси через систему, ловити тертя, вчити людей на місцях.

Кого шукаємо (це важливіше за досвід):

• Допитливість. На новому домені тобі цікаво спершу розібратися, як усе влаштовано, і лише потім пропонувати рішення. Для нас це головне.
• Досвід руками: ти справді робив wireframe і прототипи сам, а не керував виконавцями.
• AI у щоденній роботі, і ти не віриш йому наосліп: структуруєш контекст, помічаєш, коли модель вигадує. Гуру бути не треба, треба користуватись з головою.
• Береш результат на себе і хочеш вести проєкт довго.
• Впевнена база PM/BA.

AI забирає рутину: транскрипти, документацію, чеклісти. Твоя голова лишається на людях і на полі. Ми не робимо AI заради AI, ми вбудовуємо його в конкретний процес клієнта.

Чого навчимо: домен будівництва і кошторисів, архітектуру, глибші AI-воркфлоу. Фаундери допомагають особисто. English рівня B1–B2 достатньо.

Плюсом буде: стройка, ERP, заміна 1С, кошториси (АВК, форма-2 / КБ-2), Figma, QA, розуміння API.

Як відбираємо: інтерв'ю на годину, потім тестове десь на 3 години (US/AC і wireframe за summary дзвінка), далі фінальна розмова.
