About Finora Credit

Finora Credit is an international fintech company expanding into new markets. We are launching a new project in South Africa and are looking for a Partnership Manager who will help us build and develop strategic partnerships from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity to join an international project at an early stage, work directly with business stakeholders, and make a real impact on the company's growth.
 

What you'll do

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
  • Lead negotiations and coordinate partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate communication between external partners and internal departments.
  • Support the launch of new products and business initiatives in the South African market.
  • Monitor partnership performance and identify new growth opportunities.
     

What we're looking for

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive mindset and a high level of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
     

Nice to have

  • Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or lending.
  • Knowledge of Zulu.
  • Experience working with international markets.
     

No direct Partnership Manager experience? That's okay!

We're happy to consider candidates who have experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Customer Success Specialist, or in another role that required strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
