Senior Motion Designer

We are hiring a Senior Motion Designer for a product-focused gaming company creating engaging mobile and desktop gaming experiences.

We’re looking for a creative motion designer with strong gaming experience who can produce high-quality UI animations, gameplay feedback, VFX, and marketing creatives that enhance both player experience and product performance.

Responsibilities

• Create polished UI animations, transitions, and gameplay feedback.
• Design animations for rewards, bonuses, wins, promotions, and other interactive features.
• Produce UA creatives, social media videos, and marketing assets.
• Create VFX and motion graphics that improve gameplay clarity and user engagement.
• Prepare and optimize motion assets for Unity/Cocos2D implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Optimize animations for smooth performance across mobile and desktop platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Motion Design experience.
• 3+ years in gaming, casino, poker, or other interactive products.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and industry-standard motion tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
  • UI motion design
  • Gameplay animations
  • VFX
  • Marketing / UA creatives
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, visual storytelling, and interaction design.
• Experience creating optimized animations for mobile and desktop products.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good English communication skills.

Mandatory

• A portfolio demonstrating motion design work for gambling, casino, poker, or similar gaming products.
• Verified commercial experience in the gambling industry is required. Candidates without proven gambling experience will not be considered.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Unity and/or Cocos2D pipelines.
• Experience with LiveOps and performance marketing creatives.
• Knowledge of player engagement systems.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/CSS animations or WebGL.
• Poker knowledge.
