Junior supply manager

We are an international account rental agency working with affiliate marketing and performance teams worldwide. We are looking for a Junior Supply Manager to help us grow and maintain our supplier network, manage advertising account supply, and ensure smooth collaboration between suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Search for and communicate with suppliers of advertising accounts.
• Maintain and update supplier, account, and cooperation records.
• Monitor account delivery, availability, quality, limits, and statuses.
• Work with advertising platforms and ad accounts, including access checks, account status monitoring, and resolving operational issues.
• Collaborate with media buyers, account managers, and operations teams.
• Collect feedback on account quality and communicate it to suppliers.
• Support improvements in sourcing, account allocation, tracking, and reporting processes.
• Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, volumes, and account quality.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, media buying, performance marketing, or a related field is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of how advertising accounts and major ad platforms operate.
• Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident use of Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• English level sufficient for written communication with international suppliers.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with suppliers of ad accounts, payment solutions, proxies, anti-detect browsers, or other tools used by performance marketing teams.
• Understanding of account quality metrics and common reasons for advertising account restrictions.
• Experience with CRM systems, Notion, Airtable, Trello, Jira, or similar tools.
• Existing contacts within affiliate marketing or media buying communities.
